Two double bedrooms, the master with en-suite shower, plus one single bedroom enable five adults to sleep in comfort. Large open plan lounge (with a double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests) and dining room, with a large fully fitted kitchen and utility area. Main bathroom with free standing roll top bath. Full central heating included in the rental.

All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of all those essentials needed for your holiday including tea, coffee, milk, cereals, pastries, butter and fruit juice.

High speed fibre broadband  and Wi-Fi included. TV's in the lounge and all three bedrooms.

The kitchen boasts a double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and small breakfast bar with two stools.

Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Keys are left in a key safe at the property however we are available to meet you on arrival if preferred.

A security deposit of £150.00 is required for any damages occurring during your stay, payable at the time of booking and is returned within 3 working days of your check out date.

Weekly bookings, rates range from £500.00 to £1,150.00 depending on the season. Now taking bookings subject to local & national Covid-19 guidelines
